Hi Marty,

This is the unit compatibility problem. You can try the following:

vecr(newUnit(corl(v)*v, "vwind", "m/s"),   (-1)*newUnit(corl(u)*u, "uwind", 
"m/s"))

Let me know if this one does not work out for you.
