Hi Youssef,

It is good to use the installer and launch the IDV. The problem you described 
here is likely
something to do with the graphic card driver, you need to update the driver 
before launching the
IDV. Webstart may have some issue with the Java security setting, I believe the 
signing certificate maybe expired.
