Hi Thomas,

Here is the link for the download:

https://www.unidata.ucar.edu/downloads/idv/index.jsp

After downloading the installer, click on the installer if you are on the Mac 
or Windows OS. 
If you are running the Linux, you need to run "chmod +x installer" first, and 
then run the installer. If
you have more questions, please provide detailed information.
