Hi Vanessa, You shouldn't need a User ID and project #. I registered my IP address yesterday, just like you. I also had the dialog pop up for user ID and project# at first then I just keep trying to connect and eventually it worked. I'm not sure if it was because I'm newly registered to use SSEC data or because the SSEC servers were having issues. I attached an image of my successful connection just to make sure I'm doing exactly what you are doing. For the User ID and project #, I'm pretty sure you'd have to ask SSEC. Let us know if it still not working for you.
