[IDV #MKR-443485]: stereo support on idv 5.0



Hi Al,

My current working hypothesis is that the version of Java, Java 8 u 51,
currently distributed with the IDV nightly is the source of the problems you are
seeing. I've moved back the version to Java 8 u 45.

Please download and install the nightly

www.unidata.ucar.edu/downloads/idv/nightly/index.jsp

When you go to the Help --> About, System Tab, the Java version should be:
1.8.0_45.

In short, this version should both run on Windows 10 and also still enable the
stereo display.

Please keep us up-to-date on your progress.
