Keep in mind that 3-letter timezone codes (e.g., EDT) have been deprecated. See 
the section
about this topic here:

https://docs.oracle.com/javase/8/docs/api/java/util/TimeZone.html

search for "Three-letter time zone IDs".

It is best to use the "full" time zones described here:
