[IDV #XXP-847416]: Automation ISL

Juan,

While .bat files are not really our expertise at Unidata, maybe putting 
something like
this inside your .bat file will work:

"C:\Program Files\\IDV_5.1u2\runIDV.bat" myisl.isl

Also please update to the latest version of the IDV:
