[IDV #BMN-924131]: wrong data displayed



Hi Bill,

We have some new information for you. Point your image server to atm.ucar.edu.
The dataset group is GLOBAL and image type are "IR composite" and "WV 
composite".
Tom implemented a change as of 18Z today.
