[IDV #JXV-214316]: IDV problems

Greetings Kathryn,

Which files/variables are you truing to view? Note that some variables only 
have one time associated with them (like Water Equivalent of Accumulated Snow 
Depth in the RAP output). I just pulled down a 12Z RUC file (well, it's really 
a RAP file) and didn't have any issues:
