[IDV #IDT-353419]: Strange plot from NARR (NOMADS)

Hi:

Ok, this is fixed in cdm release 4.2.29. If you replace the ncIdv.jar with the 
one from here:

ftp://ftp.unidata.ucar.edu/pub/netcdf-java/v4.2/ncIdv.jar

Ill check with yuan about getting it into the IDV release.
