[IDV #ATO-121022]: VIL Density

Hi Paul.

According to http://www.crh.noaa.gov/lmk/?n=vil_density

VIL Density = VIL/Echo Top

Therefore you need to set up a formula within the IDV to calculate this derived 
field from the radar data.
