Hi Lei. If you are running the IDV via Java Web Start, please clear the Java Web Start cache. There are instructions on how to clear the cache here: https://www.vaultletsoft.com/support/clear-jws-cache.html That step should clear out the older version of Java3D which is causing the problem.
