[IDV #HMG-863632]: broken packages java 3d

Hi Tanim,
For the IDV version 2.9u1, you need to install J3D 1.5.2 version in your 
machine and then reinstall the IDV. Try to do it for all users and/or the IDV 
user. The all users option may not work according to a couple's user reports, 
depending on the machine configuration. Let me know if this doesn't help.
