[IDV #JME-421608]: Error while trying to plot IPV contour

Nicholas,
      When you create a contour display of Isentropic Potential Vorticity, the 
Python scripts do the calculation of partial theta base on the vertical levels, 
so, you need to select more than one level. For example, if you like to have  
Isentropic Potential Vorticity at 250mb, you can select levels 200mb, 250mb, 
and 300mb. We will also make some changes in the IDV to display a better error 
message in the future.
