[IDV #TAC-220240]: METAR station model size changes when projection changes

Thanks, Jeff.  It saves me from writing an FAQ items. ;-)

Kevin, the fix is in the 2.9b1 release that was just announced.  Let us know if 
that doesn't fix the problem.
