[IDV #PNU-535098]: Problem loading Rapid Refresh GriB file from LEAD THREDDS catalog

It looks like the URL you tried to load is the URL to the HTML view of that 
data set.
You should use the opendap URL from the page:
http://silktree.cs.indiana.edu:25000/thredds/catalog/N/dc/projects/lead/ldm/pub/other/RUC/13km/catalog.html?dataset=/RUC/13km/0911413000014.grib

Or, you can load in the catalog.xml URL into the IDV's catalog chooser and load 
in the grid from there:
http://silktree.cs.indiana.edu:25000/thredds/catalog.xml
