[IDV #SAL-700224]: Nightly build: Error:java.lang.StringIndexOutOfBoundsException: String index out of range: -1

Hi Tijn,
This is a new one for us and I don't really know what's going on. I made some 
changes
to catch this error and print out some more information to the stderr. We'll 
run a nightly
build today and can you try this again with the new build?
