[IDV #GXB-613372]: access dods

You can access the individual datasets as described below, but not from the top
link.  So, in a web browser, if you go to:

http://ingrid.ldeo.columbia.edu/SOURCES/.NOAA/.NODC/.WOA98/.MONTHLY/

and click on the "analyzed" link and then on the "apparent oxygen utilization"
link, you can enter the link to that page followed by dods into the URL
chooser:

http://ingrid.ldeo.columbia.edu/SOURCES/.NOAA/.NODC/.WOA98/.MONTHLY/.analyzed/.AOU/dods

and set the Data Source Type to be "Grid files (netCDF/GRIB/OPeNDAP/GEMPAK)".
