[IDV #EYL-939857]: Map View 4 Panes

Greg,
I just made some changes to that *might* address your problem. Of course, I am 
just hunting blind so to speak.

Can you try out the nightly build from this weekend and see if things are 
better?
I'll try the vista install as well.
