[IDV #KBG-620678]: Probe control not reloading data

There are 2 things going on. First, the GeoGridDataSource is not getting rid of 
its resolverurl on a reset of its data source. 

Second, the ProbeControl, while clearing the cached samples, was not clearing 
the data held by the data instances.

It should be fixed now.
