[IDV #TWP-180833]: IDV - Adde changes

I haven't seen this. Perhaps its a bad addeservers.xml in your local
space?

The imagedefaults is separate from the addeservers. I wanted to keep the 
handling
of each of these separate to simplify things.


By the way -  I have redone alot the chooser code. I made a TimesChooser that 
handles the
different time widgets including a new timeline. I put the different widgets in 
a tabbed
pane, etc.  I am leaving on Thursday and Don is out the rest of the week but we 
can discuss
this further when I get back.
