Yes, this is the problem.  This type of address is usually assigned
on a local router.  However, the main router number is usually
used for the reverse name lookup.  It could be that the main
router address does not have a reverse name lookup.  This must
be enabled to get the download working.

I'll keep the old version and will try to download it from anoher
PC having an external IP address.
