Hi,
re:

No. I just checked and both the NEXRAD Level 2 and NEXRAD Level
3 feeds are distributing products normally.

This log message shows that the attempt by the LDM on mammatus to REQUEST
a feed did not make it to idd.meteo.psu.edu. Since the relay cluster at
Penn State (idd.meteo.psu.edu) is not under our control, we recommend that
you try adding a redundant feed to one of our top level IDD relay clusters,
idd.unidata.ucar.edu:
<as 'ldm'>
in the LDM configuration file ~ldm/etc/ldmd.conf
Change:
REQUEST NEXRAD3 ".*" idd.meteo.psu.edu
To:
REQUEST NEXRAD3 ".*" idd.meteo.psu.edu
REQUEST NEXRAD3 ".*" idd.unidata.ucar.edu
After making any change(s) to the LDM configuration file, you will need to
stop and restart your LDM for the change(s) to take effect:
ldmadmin stop
ldmadmin start
Cheers,
Tom
