[LDM #LQF-497474]: NEXRAD feed

No worries.  The Python script is a LOT more thorough in creating
output volume scan files from the NEXRAD2 pieces.  It can not,
of course, create the pieces that you do not receive, but you
should get volume scans for those times when the beginning and/or
ending pieces are missing.
