OK. This shows that 'monin' can contact idd.unidata.ucar.edu and is ALLOWed to
REQUEST
all non-restricted datastreams.
re:
> Am I missing a decoder string?
Well, the real time stats that 'monin' is reporting back to us (as
prandtl.snr.missouri.edu)
show no receipt of NEXRAD2 data. Checking to see which idd.unidata.ucar.edu
real server
backend cluster node is currently designated to service 'monin's REQUESTs shows
that
it is receiving and honoring a REQUEST for "NEXRAD2 .*", but data does not
appear to
be flowing.
I am restarting the LDM on that backend machine to see if this results
in a flow of NEXRAD2 data...
After the idd.unidata.ucar.edu backend LDM is back up, I will run a 'notifyme'
invocation to see if 'monin' is receiving the data.
Hmm... the real server backend is definitely getting NEXRAD2 data, and we
definitely see a REQUEST for NEXRAD2 data from 'monin', but nothing
seems to be flowing. Weird!
Please send us (as an attachment, not as a 'cut and paste') your LDM
configuration file, ~ldm/etc/ldmd.conf so we can investigate what is
going on more fully.
Question:
- would it be possible for us to login to 'monin' as user 'ldm'?
Cheers,
Tom
