[IDD #GYB-936146]: NEXRAD2 feed

Hi Pat,

The NEXRAD Level II data is flowing into and available from
idd.unidata.ucar.edu, and so should be accessible to 
snr.missouri.edu.

What is the output you get from:

<as 'ldm' on snr.missouri.edu>
notifyme -vl- -f NEXRAD2 -h idd.unidata.ucar.edu

FYI: reverse DNS (IP -> name) for your machine does not match
your indicated machine name:

% nslookup snr.missouri.edu
