[IDD #AFG-861362]: GEM CMC feed

The data should already be available in the GEM feed from the
Unidata top level relay cluster, idd.unidata.ucar.edu.  Please setup
appropriate REQUEST line(s) for the GEM feed in weather/climate's
~ldm/etc/ldmd.conf file(s).
