I just ran your 'notifyme' command from a machine here in the UPC and see a full complement of data. The first thing that comes to mind is that the realtime clock on tornado was off when you ran 'notifyme'. This view is reinforced by a quick look at the latency plot for IDS|DDPLUS on tornado: http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/cgi-bin/rtstats/iddstats_nc?IDS|DDPLUS+tornado.geos.ulm.edu This plot shows a time offset until very recent times. Given this change, I have to ask if you can now successfully run 'notifyme' to idd.unidata.ucar.edu?
