[IDD #MEK-383850]: LDM feed problem

None of the machines reporting real-time statistics back to us
are reporting for NEXRAD Level 2 or Level 3 data.  The machines
reporting statistics to us are:

ldm-data.cmc.ec.gc.ca
ldm-wxo.cmc.ec.gc.ca
tigge-ldm.cmc.ec.gc.ca

In order to be able to help you better in the future, it is
important that we know the following:

1) the fully-qualified name of the machine(s) on which you are
   receiving NEXRAD radar data

2) what your immediate upstream site for the data is

3) why that/those machines are not reporting real-time stats
   back to us
