Your machines are allowed to receive the data from the
toplevel IDD relays we maintian:

idd.cise-nsf.gov
idd.unidata.ucar.edu

These data are no longer restricted.  You can relay them
to others.  In fact, I was going to contact you about that
anyway in a follow-up to the conversation we were having
some time ago about PSU assuming a role as a toplevel
IDD relay.
