Sorry for the delay getting back to you.  I've been talking with the FRGP folks
and we now have the www.frgp.net npad server back online.  I can't find any 
tests
from hoover on npad.ucar.edu, just the one from your system.

Would it be possible for you the setup an iperf server on your system?
