Art,

I've installed the Web100 mods on uni5.unidata.ucar.edu.  Please run an
iperf test against that system.  FYI - I ran iperf tests against hoover
and ended up with really poor numbers < 10Mbps.  It's been awhile since 
I've used Web100, but will try it on a system like yakov next if uni5
produces favorable results.
