Kevin, There are no Final Run grids as part of the NOAAPORT data stream. The thinned grids #37-44 are for model ID 77 (GFS) with the initial 0 hour forecast time ID 81 (eg the SSI for GFS). You will also find ensemble grids from KWBK using grids 39-40 which have a model number of 80 subcenter 2.
