Hi Jean, Can you please check and make sure the following line is in your ldmd.conf: exec "rtstats -h rtstats.unidata.ucar.edu" It goes in the top category: # Programs that share a queue with rpc.ldmd # are started by it and are in the same process group. and should look like this: /opt/ldm/etc% more ldmd.conf ##### # $Id: ldmd.conf,v 1.5 2005/12/08 06:33:43 ldm Exp $ # Sample ldmd.conf for ldm5 #### # # Programs that share a queue with rpc.ldmd # are started by it and are in the same process group. # exec "xcd_run MONITOR" exec "pqact" exec "pqact -f NNEXRAD /usr/local/ldm/etc/pqact.nexrad" exec "rtstats -h rtstats.unidata.ucar.edu" # # I do not think you are running McIDAS so you will not have the: exec "xcd_run MONITOR" and you will not have exec "pqact -f NNEXRAD /usr/local/ldm/etc/pqact.nexrad" Please place this entry in as soon as possible, it helps us trouble shoot, and you can monitor your feed as well at: http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/software/idd/rtstats/ Mike Voss at SJSU is having difficulty resolving your hostname and IP, can you please verify.
