20040630: NSSL Access to IDD

Hi Doug,


FYI:

WSI is a pay for service, we deliver the NIDS products freely (level III)
radar...any interest in level II radar data?

NLDN is point to point ONLY, it comes from SUNY-Albany, I will attempt to
set that up today for you as well.

Negative on wx underground stuff, they do partner with us, and get data
from us as well, so maybe in the future...
