Mike,

After reorganizing feed requests on (new)thelma and adding
a couple of needed allows for folks that kept getting denied
and a couple/three stops and restats, it looks like (new)thelma
is running OK.  (new)thelma's latencies on "primary" feeds
(UNIDATA (IDS|DDPLUS|HDS|UNIWISC), NNEXRAD, NIMAGE) have returned to
zero. CONDUIT still remains high, but it appears to be dropping.

I am heading off to bed now (4:23 am).
