Mark,

Howard University is a new UNIDATA site and we are hoping that you can
place an:

allow UNIDATA for Howards machine:

zephyr.atmphys.howard.edu

I hope this can be done, please let me know if you have any problems with
this request and cc me on any further correspondence so I can maintain
accurate records here at Unidata.
