LDM back-up feed request

Hi Larry, 

Hope all is well...

Arizona State is occassionally having troubles feeding from their primary
host U of A. I was hoping you could place an 

ALLOW UNIDATA

and an

ALLOW NNEXRAD

for

mothra.la.asu.edu

on your machine:

meteora.ucsd.edu
