Jeff,

Maybe you can contact Jeff Masters|Glen Brady at University of Michigan to
see if their NOAAport ingestor is up and running.  If it is, then see if
UM can feed thelma as a backup?  It sounds like SSEC is going to be down
awhile and alden is unresponsive.
