My traffic to thelma is now on Abilene.  So are my links to the
following downstream sites:


        Naval Postgraduate School

        UCLA

        Arizona (to denver)

        Hawaii

        Wyoming (to denver)

        Oregon State

        UBC (in USA to ipls-kscy.abilene.ucaid.edu)


SSEC is still vbns. SUNY Albany, SFSU, DRI, are on the commercial
internet (sprintlink).
