OK, what's up with NOAAPORT? (fwd)

Subject: OK, what's up with NOAAPORT?

No data since about 15:48Z...Cornell, UIUC, U-W Madison, all zero.
I have a FOS backup but HDS isn't coming in. My hunch is either a network
problem somewhere or NOAAPORT is shot.
