Hi all,
     It looks like there are network problems out there again somewhere.

Product latencies are above an hour again (happened a couple of
other times in the last few days). See stats file below for an example.
Connection top our upstream node is good as usual (see traceroute
below) so I assume the problem lies somewhere between the root
of the IDD tree and the first node on our branch (Cornell).

Is anybody else having this difficulty?
I'm having a hard time getting to unidata site
to check so I expect others are having problems
and may not see this email till it is fixed ;-(

Can anything be done to resolve this problem?
Perhaps change root servers?
