Subject: Possible Outage

We are going to be upgrading the OS on one of our servers this evening
4-10pm.  This should theoretically not impact our ability to feed
downstream sites through typhoon.atmos.ucla.edu, but, since I am sure
everyone wants good Floyd data it might be a good idea to switch to your
Failovers until tomorrow.
