Subject: network paacket losses at umich


Hi, The University of Michigan gateway to the backbone is having network
problems, I am seeing packet losses of 10-50% trying to get anywhere on
the Internet. My data reception on blueskies.sprl.umich.edu is about 30%
of normal the past 3 hours. Those of you feeding off of blueskies should
probably fail over to a different site until the network people figure
this one out.
