=============================================================================== Robb Kambic Unidata Program Center Software Engineer III Univ. Corp for Atmospheric Research address@hidden WWW: http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/ =============================================================================== ---------- Forwarded message ---------- Date: Thu, 22 Apr 1999 16:54:31 -0400 From: Dan Vietor <address@hidden> To: Robb Kambic <address@hidden>, address@hidden, address@hidden, address@hidden Subject: RE: MISSING MODELS (fwd) In looking at the Eta model file from 12Z today, it confirms Robb suspicion. All the WMO headers were there but each product was exactly 130 bytes long. It appears the text designation caused the LDM to truncate each product after a certain number of binary characters or the first ETX. The Meso-Eta coming in now is apparently clean. I checked several of the grids and they all look OK. ________________________________________________________ Daniel Vietor Mail: address@hidden Unisys Corp Title: Engineer/Meteorologist 221 Gale Lane Phone: 610-444-2407 Kennett Square PA 19348 Fax: 610-444-2420
