In looking at the Eta model file from 12Z today, it confirms Robb
suspicion. All the WMO headers were there but each product was exactly
130 bytes long. It appears the text designation caused the LDM to
truncate each product after a certain number of binary characters or the
first ETX. The Meso-Eta coming in now is apparently clean. I checked
several of the grids and they all look OK.
