Harry, there are two separate issues with the data stream causing delays in data. The first is a problem with the duplexing of the 100baseT connection at gsfc, where the auto detect is switching back and forth. The result is the data is pretty slow leaving gsfc. They are looking at the problem. The second delay has been at NCEP- the 12Z eta files are coming across now. I see the AVN is just getting posted.
