WSI missing products

Peter,

I talked with Charlie O'brien yesterday about the missing radar products,
ie HTX, etc.  The WSI ingest machine was reconfigured to received HTX and
a couple other missing products. In fact, the machine was configured to
receive all WSI nexrad products as they become available so no future
configuration should be necessary.
