19990111: NMC2 feed problems at U Washington (fwd)

Harry,

I talked to Chiz yesterday about the data problem.  He thinks it;s a
router problem at NCEP that causing the missing data. The RECLASS message
are result of a domino affect starting at NCEP.

The feed is still not okay.  The 00Z early eta files are too small.
