I did make some changes to NOGRIB.CFG, but all I did was to comment
out the lines for the Alaskan projections.  Maybe I did something
to mess it up, (athough I don't see where I changed anything) as I
changed NOGRIB.CFG after the first test of NOAAport and before
the final switch.
