Hi Fabian, re: > I had to change the data directory in the registry.xml file to point to: > > <datadir-path>home/ldm<datadir-path>. OK. I assume that you mean '/home/ldm' not 'home/ldm' and that '/home/ldm' is the HOME directory for user 'ldm'. re: > I also added the decoders directory to my path: > > $HOME/decoders in my .bash_profile. Very good. Question: - after modifying your PATH in ~ldm/.bash_profile, did you stop and restarted your LDM? If not, the modification made will not be active. > Log File: > > Mar 24 15:41:12 sub-et-noaadatastby pqact[35102] ERROR: Deleting failed PIPE > entry: pid=35206, cmd="-close decoders/sat_strip.csh > data/gempak/images/sat/GOES-E/1km/VIS/VIS_20150324_1930" > Mar 24 15:41:12 sub-et-noaadatastby pqact[35102] ERROR: pbuf_flush(): fd=6: > Broken pipe > Mar 24 15:41:12 sub-et-noaadatastby pqact[35102] ERROR: Deleting failed PIPE > entry: pid=35211, cmd="-close decoders/sat_strip.csh > data/gempak/images/sat/GOES-E/4km/3.9/3.9_20150324_1930" Hmm... Is the 'sat_strip.csh' script reading the entire product from the PIPE? I think that I need to see the contents of 'sat_strip.csh' to understand what may be going on. Also, are you sure that 'ldm' has write permission in the ~ldm/data directory and its subdirectories? re: > I changed the directory to point to decoders/sat_strip.csh Very good. re: > Here is my ldmd.conf files along with my action files > > (See attached file: pqact.gempak_nwx) > (See attached file: pqact.gempak_nexrad) > (See attached file: pqact.gempak_images) > (See attached file: pqact.gempak_decoders) > (See attached file: ldmd.conf) > (See attached file: pqact.conf) OK, gotem. Along with 'sat_strip.csh', please send us the results of: <as 'ldm'> cd ~ldm ls -alt ls -alt data/ umask re: > Thanks! No worries.
